Software as a Service (SaaS)

SaaS is an increasingly preferred delivery option. With SaaS, Genesys provides the hardware, the integrated software (HR/Payroll/Benefits and Self Service) and ongoing maintenance and support services. The SaaS model allows organizations to outsource with all the flexibility and control of an in-house system, while avoiding the initial capital expenditure required of a software license and the annual support services fee. A Per Employee Per Month (PEPM) fee structure applies to this deployment option.
