DETAILS:
Martin joined Patersons as VP Global Business Development in January 2006. He is responsible for developing and managing the global sales channels, global marketing and vendor management, as well as the launching of business development activities in Asia and the Americas. Prior to joining Patersons, Martin was MD Operations for Convergys Employee Care Group in EMEA.
Prior to Convergys, Stockton served as the HR BPO Program Director for Siemens Business Services. Previously, he was the HR Transformation Leader at Towers Perrin and previously e-HR Practice Executive for IBM in EMEA. Martin has also worked for Oracle, SAP both in the UK and in Germany, and Deloitte Consulting.
Stockton earned both his Bachelor's Degree in Humanities and postgraduate diploma in Personnel Management from the University of Teesside in Middlesbrough, where he is a Visiting Fellow in HR and is a regular speaker at HR and HR technology conferences in Europe and the US.
