METHUEN, Mass. Inspired by the thought of adding a 10th player to a baseball team in time of need, the Genesys 10th Player Service can be used by Genesys clients to assist regular staff during payroll processing peaks, picking up HRIS responsibilities during an employee's vacation, troubleshooting interfaces to external systems such as general ledgers, assisting with system upgrades and releases - or virtually any other HR/payroll-related activity.
Cost of the service is based on the number of hours of assistance required. Hours can be used to best meet a client's need. For instance, time can be scheduled on a weekly basis, for a specified period of time, or on an as-needed basis. Most services can be provided remotely, eliminating the need for additional travel or lodging expenses.
