There are processes that are best handled by an organization that has both the expertise and capacity to manage them effectively and cost-efficiently. Genesys offers a number of such services that organizations can choose as standalone or as complementary to other PeopleComeFirst® HRMS solutions and services.
These services are:
- Payroll Tax Filing services, available to both non-Genesys and Genesys clients. The Genesys service provides everything needed to ensure accurate, secure and timely payroll tax filing. Genesys supports all local, state, and federal tax jurisdictions within the United States and its territories. The service also handles school district taxes, occupational privilege taxes, and special assessments at the city and county levels.
- Printing and distribution of pay statements, off-cycle payments, ad hoc third party payments, and all year-end tax forms.
- Year-end services include production and distribution of year-end forms (W-2s, 1099s), sales of year-end forms and online delivery of year-end documents. Year-end services are available to both Genesys and non-Genesys clients and are included as standard for our outsourcing services clients.
