METHUEN, Mass. Symposium 2006 is a client only event that will feature a number of Genesys-specific training sessions, roundtable discussions and special guest presentations. This year's Symposium theme, "Putting Knowledge to Work," will feature 18 educational sessions focused on strategies, best practices, tools and processes to address today's HCM challenges. The program has been designed to meet the needs of Genesys clients by providing high level, balanced programs and training on critical topics as well as to provide a forum in which to learn from one another's valuable experiences.
As part of the Symposium, there will be an "Ask the Experts" opportunity where Genesys clients will have access to private, half-hour consulting sessions on-site where they can pose specific business and IT-related questions to the experts.
