Genesys Launches New Design and Broadened Content of the www.genesysHCM.com Web Site

Site Provides Easy Access to Information on HR, Benefits, and Payroll Solutions

METHUEN, Massachusetts-February 1, 2001- Genesys, the Methuen, Mass.-based provider of software, ASP and outsourcing services for human resource (HR) management, payroll, and benefits, today announced that it has launched a new design for its corporate web site. The site, www.genesysHCM.com, makes it easier for visitors to locate information about Genesys' HR, payroll, and benefits products, deployment solutions, related services, and training.

"Genesys always leverages technology to better serve our customers," said Lisa Rowan, director of marketing. "That effort is evidenced in our products and services — for example, we were the first to offer web-based HR and payroll outsourcing services. This time we've applied that same technical expertise to ensure that customers and prospects have quick, easy access to a variety of information about the effective automation of HR, payroll, and benefits."

New and Improved Genesys Web Site

The new Genesys web site includes enhanced content as well as improved navigability. The new home page provides direct access to the latest Genesys news, as well as links to other HR-related sites. In addition, visitors can link directly to customer profiles that show how companies in selected vertical markets use Genesys products and services to their business advantage.
