Genesys Names Mario Moccia Director of Client Services

Moccia brings more than 20 Years of experience to further strengthen the Genesys Client Services Team

METHUEN, Mass. (May 22, 2006) - - Genesys, a provider of outsourcing services and software for human resources (HR) management, payroll, benefit administration and payments, self-service, learning, performance management, recruitment and time and attendance, today announced that Mario Moccia has joined the company as director of client services. In this position, he is responsible for managing the success and development of the company's client base, client retention and developing and executing the customer service strategy.

Moccia brings more than 20 years of experience in human capital management solutions. Most recently, he served as program manager for implementations at Ceridian HR Solutions. While at Ceridian, he was instrumental in reducing installation time for new clients and was awarded the "Great Performer Award" for 3 consecutive years. Previously, Moccia held several key positions at Fidelity Investments, including director of operations development.
