Genesys Celebrates 25 years of its Annual Human Capital Management Conference

Two-and-a-half day Agenda Provided Forum for Sharing Best Practices and Interactive Discussion of Key Human Resource Issues and Topics

METHUEN, Mass. (November 8, 2005) - - Genesys, a provider of outsourcing services and software for human resources (HR) management, payroll, benefit administration and payments, self-service, learning, performance management, recruitment and time and attendance, recently welcomed customers, industry thought leaders, partners, business professionals and staff to its annual Human Capital Management Conference, September 25-27, 2005, at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel and Towers in Boston. The event proved to be a rich opportunity for attendees to share ideas, discuss trends affecting human capital management, and learn from one another's valuable experiences.

David Ladner, Genesys Vice President of Sales and Business Development, delivered a formal greeting and introduced the broad educational agenda, which featured 45 sessions all tied to the overall event theme "Learn, Lead, Succeed," and focused on strategies, best practices, tools and processes to address today's HCM challenges. Genesys President, Larry Munini followed with a recap of the company's history of innovation in the human capital management marketplace and shared his vision for the future.

Pre-conference workshops and sessions covered a comprehensive range of topics including performance management, training and development, recruitment and retention, compensation, benefits, the latest legislation affecting HR interests, self-service, management practices, payroll practices, outsourcing, time and attendance, compliance, security and data integrity, the latest technology and more. Several presentations were given by Genesys customers including: Delta Dental; EMI Music North America; Hillsborough County, Clerk of the Circuit Court; Trustmark National Bank; xwave and more. Additionally, the conference provided informative sessions on Genesys solutions, roundtable discussions and presentations from industry thought leaders.
